What If I don't like things on the plan?

I have included an Alternatives section that will provide you with some inspiration on what you could possibly replace ingredients with.

Are the meals quick and easy to cook?

Yes the meals are quick and easy to make. The meals require minimal time and effort to prepare, and will easily fit into even the busiest of lifestyles.

How much will the foods cost per week?

The food will cost roughly £25-30 per week maximum. I have designed the plan to be as cost effective as possible.

Is it the same meals everyday for 6 weeks?

The meal plan does not consist of the same meals every day. The meals are varied, but also designed to reduce food waste (so saving you money!). I wanted to give you guys different meal choices so that it was a lot more exciting and easier to stay on the plan.

Do I have to exercise
with the plan?

You do not have to exercise on the plan, the plan will still be beneficial. However, I always recommend exercising, not only will this keep you healthy, but it will help provide maximum weight loss.

Is the plan suitable for vegetarians?

It does contain meat and fish however I have worked with my vegetarian clients to suggest alternatives to fit their dietary requirements. There will be a vegan and a vegetarian plan coming very soon!

If I do exercise, do I have to go the gym?

Any exercise is good, whether that is at the gym, home workouts or sporting activities as long as it is 30 minutes each day 3-5 days a week.

What if I am a fussy eater?

The plan is very simple so that it is easy for you to change if there are things you dislike. Not only that the plan is varied with an alternative section that will help you to change things.

How much will I lose on the plan in 6 weeks?

On average people are losing just over a stone and a half on the meal plan. These results could be greater if you added four sessions a week doing physical activities/exercise.

Can I have some more information on the plan?

It’s a 6 week in depth plan that includes meat such as chicken and fish. The plan includes Breakfast, Lunch and dinner plus 2 snacks, every day for 6 weeks. The plan tells you how to cook and season the meals, secret blends of mine, alterations, advice and tips. Along with a detailed section of why I have included the meals, I have and what exactly the health benefits of each of those are, so you know exactly what is going into your body and why these foods are beneficial.

Eating healthy is usually expensive, however, I have tried extremely hard to try and make it as affordable as I can for you, so you can both shed pounds and save £££’s. The average cost of all of these meals per week is around £25-30 maximum.

This plan is strictly clean eating, 3 meals a day with snacks in between. It is easy to follow along with preparing it as I understand many of us are very busy, so I have tried to make it as simple as possible.
